It all started in the early 1960's when a crude artificial representation of an earthworm was introduced. About the same size, about the same color, but fish loved it and manufacturers began cranking them out in the hundreds of thousands.

A subtle evolution began, experimenting with size and tail shapes in an attempt to get the perfect action. In 1973, Doc Carver had the answer. After much experimentation, trials and disappointments, Mister Twister®, the ultimate lure, was unleashed on the fishing world. The secret lay in the curly tail, which forced the lure into lifelike motions and gyrations.

Fishing has never been the same. The curly tail brought productive fishing to the beginner's level and gave the old pros an edge they never thought they'd have.

Since that time Mister Twister has grown tremendously and developed a full line of lures such as the Curly Tail®, the Sassy Shad® and newer innovations such as the Top Prop™ and their latest, Exude™.

The 4'' Cigar Mino is ideally suited to Canadian waters.  The long slim profile mimics Canadian bait fish. It incorporates a molded in hook cavity on its back and releases a scent trail dissolved in the water which fish can detect from a distance.  The Cigar Mino is packaged 5 per pack and is available in 6 colors.
